Nudes's designated custodian of records, whose particulars appears below, is the repository of all original records as laid out in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. Nudes's §2257 recordkeeping obligations are limited to: (a) promotional “visual depictions” produced for or by Nudes containing simulated or “actual sexually explicit conduct”; and (b) “visual depictions” produced by creators containing simulated or “actual sexually explicit conduct” allowing applicable creators to receive tokens or similar remuneration via the Nudes Platform. For the latter, age and identification verification records are collected and reviewed before permitting a creator to receive tokens or similar remuneration.

To the extent that any other visual depictions appearing on this website are deemed to be “produced” by Nudes, such depictions fall under one of the following stated exemptions listed under either 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75:
(a) the visual depictions do not contain any sexually explicit conduct;
(b) the visual depictions do not contain portrayals of any genitals or pubic areas created after 27 July 2006;
(c) the visual depictions do not contain sexually explicit conduct occurring after 3 July 1995;
(d) the visual depictions were produced prior to 3 July 1995.
